We are seeking a high-performing, result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and secure high-value projects. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with developers, architects, and institutional clients, and presenting our cutting-edge modular construction and premium interior solutions.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in real estate, building materials, or turnkey interior sales, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, prospect, and secure new commercial, residential, and institutional projects for modular construction and premium turnkey interiors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation and cold calling to technical presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue growth.
2. Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including real estate developers, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are accurately understood and effectively communicated to our design and engineering teams.
3. Solution Selling & Technical Presentation
- Educate prospective clients on the distinct advantages of modular technology (e.g., speed, sustainability, structural integrity, and cost-efficiency) compared to conventional construction.
- Collaborate with the internal design and estimation teams to prepare customized, high-quality technical proposals, commercial bids, and presentations.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify upcoming real estate projects, emerging industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Devise targeted sales and marketing strategies to position our company as the preferred partner for premium modular solutions in the region.
