What You'll Do
- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries.
- Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain our services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Schedule consultations with doctors and experts.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer and lead information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have good communication skills and confidence.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
