About the Role
Aestheva Wellness is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven Telecaller cum Beauty Consultant to engage with potential clients, explain our wellness and aesthetic services, schedule consultations, and convert inquiries into appointments and package sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead Management
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients
- Respond to inquiries regarding treatments, packages, and services
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
- Schedule appointments and consultations with doctors/beauty experts
- Maintain accurate lead records in CRM
Consultation & Sales
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable treatments and packages
- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers
- Convert inquiries into appointments and package sales
- Upsell and cross-sell wellness and aesthetic services
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat services and renewals
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience
- Coordinate with front desk and operations for seamless client appointments
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma/Certification in Beauty, Cosmetology, or Sales will be an added advantage
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, counseling, inside sales, beauty consultation, or customer relationship management
- Experience in wellness centers, aesthetic clinics, salons, healthcare, or hospitality will be preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities
- Good customer handling and objection-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
