Job Title: Site Engineer / Revit Modeler & Construction Supervisor
Location: Greater Noida (On-site)
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Site Engineer who can independently manage labour, understand drawings, prepare Revit models, and ensure smooth execution of construction and interior works on site. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants while maintaining quality and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution
- Supervise day-to-day construction and interior execution.
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project timelines.
Labour Management
- Identify and arrange skilled and unskilled labour as per project requirements.
- Recruit and manage masons, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, tile installers, fabricators, and helpers.
- Allocate daily work and monitor labour productivity.
- Maintain labour attendance and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
- Resolve on-site labour issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Drawing & Technical Coordination
- Read and interpret Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior drawings.
- Prepare and modify Revit models and coordinate with AutoCAD drawings.
- Perform site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and coordinate with the design team.
Reporting
- Submit daily site progress reports with photographs and videos.
- Track material requirements and coordinate procurement.
- Verify contractor measurements and work completion.
- Maintain project documentation and execution records.
Required Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Mandatory knowledge of Revit.
- Good understanding of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Strong labour management and contractor coordination skills.
- Knowledge of civil finishing, interior works, plumbing, electrical, and tiling execution.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of site activities.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in construction or interior project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury interior projects will be preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to source and manage labour efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality execution.
- Willingness to take complete responsibility for site operations and timely project completion.

Pay: ₹10,775.88 - ₹20,000.00 per month
