Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain quality standards during customer interactions.
- Record customer details and update system records.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve daily productivity and quality targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
