We are looking for a responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious Driver to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting employees, visitors, and company personnel safely and efficiently to designated locations. The role also involves supporting general transportation requirements, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring compliance with road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and drop employees, management staff, and visitors as assigned.
- Perform daily transportation duties for office-related and business-related travel requirements.
- Ensure timely arrival and departure according to assigned schedules.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure the vehicle is fueled and ready for daily operations.
- Follow all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and travel logs when required.
- Assist with airport transfers, client visits, and other transportation requirements as directed.
- Support occasional local travel for office-related errands and document deliveries.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle breakdowns to the management.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and employee movements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: High School/SSLC or equivalent.
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving License.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Good knowledge of local routes, traffic regulations, and road safety practices.
- Ability to use navigation applications such as Google Maps.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours when operational requirements demand.
Experience
- Freshers with valid driving licenses may apply.
- Candidates with 1–5 years of professional driving experience will be preferred.
