Skills Required:
PT ED Line :
Plant Startup, Shutdown & patrolling
Monitoring & controlling of Process Parameters of PTED process tanks, oven & coolers
PTED bag filter/ heat exchange cleaning & servicing
Chemical/Paint addition in process tanks
Cabin quality inspection at Pre deck, Post deck & after baking
RO-DM plant operation, regeneration & Process maintenance
Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of process related equipment’s
PAINT BOOTH 1 & 2
Plant Startup, Shutdown & patrolling
Shop floor AHU maintenance
Monitoring & controlling of Process Parameters of sealant, PVC, Paint booth, de-sludge pit, AUC
& ovens
Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of process related equipment’s
Sealant, PVC & Paint Robot panel operation
Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of process related equipment’s
Paint/Thinner addition in Paint Circulation System
Filter replacement/cleaning
Sealant & PVC loading
Monitoring of sealant, PVC & Paint parameters
Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of sealant, PVC & Paint circulation systems
