Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation.
- Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to HVAC elements.
- Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
- Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to HVAC systems.
- Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
- Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in HVAC system modeling and detailing.
- Strong understanding of HVAC engineering principles and design standards.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the HVAC discipline.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
