Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, mature, and result-oriented Senior Admission Counselor to join our team in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving admissions, managing high-quality student counseling, and achieving revenue targets through effective communication, relationship management, and strategic follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Counseling & Conversion:
● Engage with prospective students and guide them through the complete enrollment
process.
● Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses accordingly.
● Handle inquiries through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person counseling
sessions.
● Build trust and maintain strong professional relationships with students and parents.
Sales Target Achievement:
● Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets assigned by the management.
● Maintain consistent calling activity and structured follow-ups with prospective leads.
● Drive lead-to-admission conversions through effective counseling and persuasive
communication.
● Ensure strong pipeline management and conversion efficiency.
Lead Management:
● Manage and regularly update CRM with accurate lead and admission details.
● Follow up on leads generated through different marketing channels.
● Maintain proper tracking of pending, converted, and follow-up leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
● Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
● Maintain a professional and student-centric approach throughout the admission journey.
● Provide timely support and guidance to students whenever required.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.
● Lead-to-admission conversion ratio.
● Daily calling and follow-up efficiency.
● Timely and accurate CRM updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in any field.
● 2–6 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or EdTech industry.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong negotiation, convincing, and relationship management abilities.
● Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven mindset.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
