Job Summary
Shree Ram and Co is looking for a proactive and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support business development, customer relationship management, and marketing activities for our industrial trading operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate between customers, suppliers, and the sales team while helping expand market reach and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales and marketing activities for industrial products and solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer records
- Support the sales team in lead generation and client communication
- Handle customer calls, emails, and order coordination professionally
- Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and product catalogs
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM data, and inventory-related information
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Support digital marketing activities such as social media updates and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, or industrial trading
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of industrial products/trading business is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
