Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the organization’s online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and promoting the institution’s activities, achievements, and events digitally.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, graphics, captions, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars and campaigns.
- Cover school/organizational events through photos, videos, and live updates.
- Coordinate with different departments for content collection and approvals.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas for audience engagement.
- Respond to messages, comments, and queries professionally and promptly.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare periodic reports.
- Assist in branding, digital marketing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistency in brand image, tone, and communication across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Knowledge of social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Photography and videography skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms.
NOTE: The salary offered will be based on your current salary
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
