We're Hiring-IUI Lab Technician
Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur Malappuram

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IUI Lab Technician to join our fertility laboratory team. The candidate will be responsible for handling and processing semen samples for Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) procedures while maintaining strict laboratory standards and aseptic conditions.
Required Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fertility lab / IUI laboratory setting
Key Responsibilities
- Perform semen analysis and sperm preparation for IUI procedures
- Handle, process, and prepare samples using standard laboratory protocols
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including microscopes
- Ensure compliance with quality control and safety regulations
- Assist clinicians and embryologists during procedures when required
Required Skills
- Strong laboratory technical skills
- Proficiency in microscope techniques
- Expertise in aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of semen analysis and sperm preparation methods
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in ART / IVF laboratory settings
- Familiarity with quality control procedures in reproductive labs
