Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and other outreach methods
- Connect with potential clients and understand their basic requirements
- Present company services and assist in converting leads into customers
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions (CRM/Excel)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales / telecalling / business development
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / IT services (preferred)
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Any graduate
