Job Description: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should be passionate about driving measurable growth in leads, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilitie
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads (optional but preferred)
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on:
- CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and scaling
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and analyze performance using tools like:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports
- Work closely with:
- Design team (ad creatives)
- Content team (copywriting)
- Tech team (landing pages & tracking)
- Implement retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- PPC, Paid Social, Display Ads
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Understanding of:
- Conversion tracking & attribution
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Familiarity with:
- Funnels, landing pages, and CRO
- Basic understanding of SEO & digital marketing ecosystem
- Good communication and reporting skills
