Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified Dental Surgeon who can manage patients end-to-end, perform a full range of routine dental treatments, and run clinical operations independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is confident handling a solo chair, comfortable making clinical decisions, and able to build lasting trust with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and prepare treatment plans for patients of all age groups.
- Perform routine dental procedures independently, including scaling and polishing, restorations/fillings, extractions, root canal treatment (RCT), and minor oral surgery.
- Take and interpret dental X-rays and advise patients on treatment options, costs, and aftercare.
- Manage the full patient journey — consultation, treatment, follow-up, and recall.
- Handle dental emergencies and provide appropriate pain management.
- Refer complex cases to specialists when required.
Required Qualifications & Registration
- BDS from a recognised institution (MDS candidates also welcome).
- Valid registration with the Dental Council of India / Assam State Dental Council.
- Minimum 6 months of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong hands-on skills may also apply.
Skills & Attributes
- Able to work independently and take clinical responsibility for a solo practice.
- Competent across common general-dentistry procedures, especially extractions.
- Good chair-side manner and clear communication with patients.
- Fluency in Assamese and Hindi (and English) to communicate comfortably with local patients.
- Reliable, professional, and organised in clinic management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
