About the Role
Etherealflights Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Head to lead the sales function for our drone business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in drone, agriculture, agri-tech, UAV, or industrial equipment sales and a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth.
- Lead and manage the national sales team to meet sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across agriculture, industrial, government, and enterprise sectors.
- Build relationships with key clients, channel partners, FPOs, agri-input companies, OEMs, and government agencies.
- Drive tender business, institutional sales, and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams for successful project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Preferred experience in Drone/UAV, Precision Agriculture, Agri-Tech, Agricultural Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Automation, or Technology Solutions.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
