Role Objective
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote real estate projects
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into qualified leads
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly to customers
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maintain engagement
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with Field Sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Required Profile Education
Experience
- 0–3 years in Telesales / Telecasting / Customer Support
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Skills
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage)
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM systems)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
