Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Milling Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC milling machines and supporting production activities while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC milling machines as per given instructions and drawings
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components
- Assist in setting up CNC machines under supervision
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Perform basic measurements using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Maintain quality standards and report any defects or deviations
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment
- Support senior operators and supervisors in daily production tasks
- Maintain production records and reports as required
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma / Any technical qualification (Mechanical preferred)
- Basic knowledge of CNC machines is an added advantage
- Willingness to learn and grow in the machining field
- Good discipline and attention to detail
