Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented sales representative with at least 3 years of field sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing distributor and retailer relationships, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales networks across Tamil Nadu.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, retailers, and institutional customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and business partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product penetration.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Present and promote the company's hygiene and personal care product portfolio to customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, market feedback, and travel reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, promotional activities, and product launches when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG, personal care, hygiene products, healthcare products, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Good understanding of distributor and retail sales channels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience handling distributors and retail networks is highly desirable.
- Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
