Job Summary:
The Accounts Senior Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and supporting audits. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate accounting records (Sales, Purchase, Journal entries)
- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
- Monitor cash flow and fund management
2. Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Generate MIS reports for management
- Analyze financial data and provide insights
3. Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
- Ensure TDS calculation, filing, and returns
- Compliance with Income Tax and statutory regulations
- Liaison with auditors and government authorities
4. Payroll & Statutory
- Support payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and other statutory deductions
5. Audit & Documentation
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or ERP systems)
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and team coordination
Educational Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter)
Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
Preferred Industry:
- Manufacturing / Telecom / Industrial Sector
Salary Range:
- (Based on experience & skills)
