.Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing, branding, promotional, and admission-generation activities of IANA Education Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on increasing student enquiries, strengthening institutional partnerships, enhancing brand visibility, generating admissions, and ensuring successful execution of all marketing campaigns and educational events.
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team, coordinate with universities, schools, colleges, digital agencies, and internal departments to achieve the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Create admission marketing strategies for universities and institutions.
- Design city-wise and state-wise promotional campaigns.
- Plan marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and improve ROI.
2. Brand Development
- Strengthen the IANA Education brand across Odisha and other target markets.
- Maintain consistency in all branding and communication.
- Develop innovative promotional ideas.
- Enhance the company's visibility among students, parents, schools, colleges, and universities.
3. Student Admission Campaigns
- Plan and execute admission campaigns.
- Generate quality student leads.
- Increase enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Coordinate admission counselling campaigns.
- Monitor admission targets of partner universities.
4. Event Management
Responsible for planning and execution of:
- Know Your B-School Management Fair
- Know Your Career Education Fair
- MBA Workshops
- Mentors Meet
- Career Guidance Seminars
- School & College Outreach Programs
- Education Exhibitions
- University Promotional Events
School & College Relations
- Develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational consultants.
- Conduct Principals' Meet and Teachers' Meet.
- Organize career counselling sessions.
- Increase institutional collaborations.
