Role Overview
Responsible for supervising CNC machine operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with the team for smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Supervision: Oversee daily CNC machine operations and ensure machines run efficiently.
- Production Planning: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and achieve production targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts, maintain accuracy, and reduce defects.
- Team Coordination: Guide operators, provide training, and resolve shop-floor issues.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure machines are serviced regularly and report breakdowns promptly.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge of CNC machines and production processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
