Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Survey Promoter to interact with customers, explain the purpose of surveys, and encourage maximum participation. The role involves promoting surveys, collecting responses, and ensuring accurate data capture while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach customers/visitors and encourage them to participate in surveys
- Clearly explain the purpose and benefits of the survey
- Assist participants in filling out survey forms or digital questionnaires
- Ensure all responses are recorded accurately and completely
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with people
- Meet daily/weekly survey participation targets
- Coordinate with the reporting manager regarding survey progress and feedback
- Share customer insights or common feedback collected during surveys
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and presentable personality
- Ability to approach and engage with customers comfortably
- Basic understanding of mobile/tablet-based survey tools is preferred
- Prior experience in promotions, field marketing, or customer interaction will be an added advantage

Qualification
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Relevant experience in promotions, surveys, or customer-facing roles is preferred
Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per day
