The role
A designer and developer who designs marketing websites really well, then builds, deploys, and maintains them. Design comes first, and you use AI as your main way of working to build and run the rest quickly.
We already run on AI. You'll use our existing agents and tools, and we'll build new ones with you.
What you'll own
● Designing marketing websites: visual design, layout, typography, responsive behaviour, and interaction.
● Turning your own designs into production front-end code and building out the full website.
● Front-end and back-end development, integrations, and connecting to APIs and content sources.
● Deploying and maintaining websites: performance, accessibility, uptime, and fixes.
● Being the point of contact for internal teams and clients on the websites you handle.
● Using AI to design, write, and review code, and checking its output before it goes live.
What we're looking for
● 2 to 3 years in web design and development, with a portfolio of websites you have designed and built.
● Strong design ability first: a real eye for layout, typography, spacing, and responsive, accessible interfaces.
● Able to take your own design and build it into a complete, working website end to end.
● Solid front-end engineering with modern JavaScript, and enough back-end to build and run a full website.
● Comfortable with version control, deployment, and hosting.
● Fluent with AI as your main way of working: agentic coding, generative UI, and prompting for production-quality output.
● Reliable and accountable. You communicate clearly and follow through on your own.
Bonus
● A live portfolio we can open and click through.
● Experience designing and building for B2B or marketing clients.
● Familiarity with SEO, analytics, and web performance.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
