Prepare and cook Indian and Continental dishes as per standardized recipes and portion control
Handle live cooking stations, tawa, fryer, grill, and sauté sections during service
Ensure taste, presentation, and quality consistency for bulk/quantity cooking
Manage mise-en-place, prep work, and inventory of hot kitchen section
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI compliance
Minimize food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw/cooked food
Coordinate with HK staff and other kitchen members for timely service
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area before, during, and after shift
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
