ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and highly motivated Research Analyst to join our growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and stress-test 3-to-5-year forecasting models (DCF, Relative Valuation).
Research Generation: Publish timely earnings notes, sector deep-dives, and thematic investment reports.
Channel Checks: Engage with corporate management teams, suppliers, and industry experts to gather ground-level intelligence. Investment Pitches
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Education: Bcom/BBA/MBA , Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA candidate (Level I/II/III) or related field.
Experience: 0-4 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or financial modeling.
Technical Mastery: Strong Excel modeling skills and familiarity with financial data terminals (Bloomberg, FactSet, or Reuters).
Articulate and defend data-driven investment theses to team leaders and stakeholders.
Note: Exceptional, highly talented candidates who demonstrate deep market passion, strong analytical skills, or a stellar personal investment track record may be given a waiver on formal experience or degree requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
