We partner with government communities and ecosystem organizations to design and deliver programs that improve lives and expand opportunities across India.
The role involves working closely with senior leadership to drive strategy execution program management and organizational alignment. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting planning reviews overseeing execution of priorities and ensuring coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. This includes program oversight operational governance partner engagement and leadership communication.
The role requires working across program operations finance and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery of outcomes and adherence to organizational priorities. Responsibilities include supporting leadership forums reviews and governance processes preparing briefs presentations and updates and tracking progress of key initiatives. The role also involves engaging with external partners institutions and stakeholders to support program implementation and scale.
The individual will contribute to shaping long term strategy managing complex initiatives and ensuring that programs deliver measurable and sustainable impact. Strong focus will be placed on teamwork accountability quality execution and continuous improvement. The role may require travel to program locations and partner sites as per organizational needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in leadership support program management strategy or operations roles. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple priorities work with diverse stakeholders and operate effectively in dynamic environments.
