Key Responsibilities
- Call fresh and follow-up leads generated through social media, websites, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand the student's education, career goals, budget, and availability.
- Recommend suitable courses based on the student's requirements.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, batches, fees, certifications, career opportunities, and ongoing offers.
- Address objections and answer queries confidently.
- Convince prospects to visit the institute for counselling and admission.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team for walk-ins.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects for future enrolments and referrals.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
