Job Description
Bridgepoint Supply Chain Solutions is looking for a Junior Operations Executive (JOMS) to join our Operations team.
The role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations. The selected candidate will work closely with managers, operations teams, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of daily operational activities.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and process orders accurately in ERP/JOMS systems.
- Track and monitor loads and shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports.
- Communicate with customers regarding order and shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate operational documentation and records.
- Ensure timely data entry and system updates.
- Follow up on pending orders, shipments, and operational requirements.
- Support the Operations team in day-to-day activities.
- Identify and report operational issues to the concerned team members.
- Use AI and technology tools to improve day-to-day office productivity.
Skills & Technical Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Excel formulas.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good professional email writing skills.
- Comfortable using Google Chrome and web-based applications.
- Basic understanding of data entry and data handling.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn ERP/JOMS and logistics processes.
- Interest in using AI tools for day-to-day office work.
Who Can Apply?
- Fresh graduates looking to start their career in Logistics & Supply Chain Operations.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields.
- Candidates with prior logistics experience will be preferred.
- Candidates with good communication, basic Excel knowledge, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
