Job description:
We are looking for a skilled Industrial Spray Painter with 2–5 years of experience in industrial painting through manual spray gun. The candidate should have hands-on experience with spray painting equipment and a strong understanding of surface preparation, coating techniques, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, blasting, or masking as required
- Mix paints, coatings, and solvents according to specifications
- Operate spray painting equipment such as conventional spray guns, sanding machine,
- Apply primers, intermediate, and top coats to achieve desired finish and thickness
- Inspect painted surfaces for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly
- Follow safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials
- Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in industrial spray painting
- Familiarity with surface preparation techniques like grid blasting , chemical cleaning.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications and work instructions
- Basic knowledge of coating thickness measurement tools (DFT gauge, etc.)
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Physically fit and able to work in industrial environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries like heavy engineering or fabrication
- Certification in industrial coating or painting techniques is a plus
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
