Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Java Support Engineer to join our enterprise application support team. The role involves supporting and troubleshooting Java-based web applications, handling production issues, resolving customer escalations, and ensuring smooth application performance for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java technologies, production/application support, debugging, APIs, and web application troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Java-based applications
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions
- Support enterprise web applications and APIs
- Handle application monitoring, incident management, and escalation handling
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and customer teams
- Work on deployment support, server-side issues, and performance troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for enterprise customers and internal stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Java/J2EE
- Experience in Application Support / Production Support
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web applications
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tomcat / JBoss / WebSphere
- SQL/Databases
- Linux/Unix basics
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Knowledge of CMS/DXP platforms
- Experience in incident management and monitoring tools
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
