Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
Expertise to manage GEM Portal & Tendering.
Technical Bid Preparation & Preparation of documents as per BID Requirements.
Knowledge to update/upload product/service catalogue in GEM portal Knowledge of Bunch bid, Reverse bid, custom bid , BOQ bid, Proactive bid.
Knowledge of Offline tender & Online tender.
Candidate to manage to solve GEM queries of clients Knowledge of gem portal, product & Services registration & bidding Must have Experienced in Government E-Market Place, Driving Sales and business opportunities through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from Central & State Govt, PSUs
Roles & Responsibilities:
Tender bidding to execution.
To track & Record of submitted tenders.
Tender Search, Notification, Bid preparation, and tender/Bid Submission through E-Tendering/GeM.
Maintaining daily records.
Primary point of contact between Customers and vendors Managing Technicalities for the tenders.
Meeting & Interacting with clients.
Designing/Preparing tenders-related queries and documents.
Interaction with OEM's and other stakeholders to provide solution to the client as per their requirements.
Managing the entire bidding cycle till the submission of a bid. Following complete cycle
