Job Description :-
Main accountabilities
1. Responsible for Creating Leads to Order & Order to Cash. Complete end to end Process for Lead to Order and Cash process via Service sales in the Region.
2. Communicate customer timely on Annual Maintenance Programme for customer.
3. Communicate customer timely on FFF Product of Installed Model so that customer can use the Installed Product at optimum level.
4. Resolve Technical Query and Share Budgetary quotations on regular basis.
5. Forecasting and Meeting Orders and Sales number.
6. Handle Partner and trained them on further sales of Product and Service. Support them on closer of deals.
7. Maintains customer relations via phone/e-mail, or available service tools, and performs customer visits on a regular basis to assess product/service satisfaction and to promote any new product ideas or current product improvements.
8. Key account management through regular customer visits, sharing performance reports and follow up for open actions and conclude.
Required Education, Experience And Competencies:
Education:
- Engineering Bachelor/ master’s Degree or higher, or equivalent through experience
Experience:
Competencies(Must Have):
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Should have Knowledge of Service Sales
- Should have work with networking products.
Competencies (Good to Have):
- Experience in handling Product & Service trainings
- Prior experience in Sales/ Service Sales/Technical Job
- Prior Knowledge of SFDC/CPQ
