Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining cleaning equipment and hygiene systems at client locations. This is a hands-on role that requires technical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission cleaning machines and hygiene equipment at client sites.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of various cleaning equipment.
- Respond to service calls and attend to breakdowns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain proper documentation of service visits and equipment status.
- Provide technical support and training to customers on proper use and care of machines.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Report recurring issues and suggest solutions to improve product performance.
Requirements
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in equipment servicing (cleaning machines or similar preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently to customer locations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, and controls.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
