Billing As per Company Requirement Daily Updating Dispatch Report in Excel,
Excel Proficiency must
Cross Match Dispatch & Company Report,
Updating report in excel & Daily work in excel ( V-Lookup), Receiving LR & Invoices, Clearing LR & Invoices manually and software, Daily invoices sorting, scanned and Filing & Filing of bill summary-Orient,
Follow-up Invoices on daily basis for Driver & All Transport,
Invoices, Tracking, Make a pendency report weekly,
Submitting bills to related parties/companies & Follow up of BILL Parcel up to Delivered,
Provide Necessary Data to GST Dept & Billing data AR Dept. (Shortage, damaged details) credit note, amended, cancelled bill and fresh upload bills,
Passing journal entries in Tally. Co-ordinating with related branches & team members working with,
Prepare Monthly Sales Report etc.
Maintain stock sheet daily basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
