Company: Stockify Fintech About the Role Stockify is expanding its private-market advisory team and is looking for experienced Wealth Managers who understand unlisted shares, pre-IPO opportunities, and alternative investments. You’ll advise clients, identify new opportunities, and manage end-to-end investment journeys in the fast-growing private markets ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who is client-driven, market-aware, and comfortable working with high-value investors.
Key Responsibilities
● Advise clients on unlisted shares, pre-IPO deals, and private market opportunities
● Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI and retail investors
● Conduct research on private companies, valuations, deals and market trends
● Understand client risk profiles and recommend suitable investment opportunities
● Handle end-to-end investment processes: onboarding, documentation, payments, and share transfers
● Maintain strong relationships through regular portfolio reviews and follow-ups
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
● Acquire new clients through networking, references, and outreach
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/Finance/CA qualification preferred
● 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, broking, investment advisory, or private markets
● Strong understanding of equity markets, unlisted shares, and investment products
● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
● Ability to analyse financial data and simplify investment concepts for clients
● Comfortable with targets, client acquisition, and revenue responsibility
Preferred Background
● Prior experience handling HNI or UHNI clients
● Exposure to private markets, PMS, AIFs, or investment banking
● Strong network within banking, broking, or wealth management circles
