Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and convincing skills and have a basic understanding of the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage sales leads.
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
- Explain solar products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales (preferred).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of solar products and systems.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
