About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PPC Manager / Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other performance marketing platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in campaign strategy, execution, optimization, analytics, conversion tracking, and ROI-focused growth. We are seeking someone who can drive quality leads, improve conversion rates, scale campaigns efficiently, and contribute directly to business growth.
The candidate should also be comfortable using modern AI-powered marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other automation platforms to improve campaign performance, reporting, research, and productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Build full-funnel campaigns for awareness, lead generation, remarketing, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign forecasting.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, KPIs, and optimization plans.
PPC Campaign Management
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Perform keyword research, bid management, negative keyword optimization, and ad copy testing.
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Monitor Quality Score, Impression Share, Search Terms, Auction Insights, and overall account performance.
Paid Social Advertising
- Manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Build audience segments, retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing page performance.
- Analyze campaign performance by audience, placement, geography, device, and funnel stage.
AI-Powered Marketing & Automation
- Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms for:
- Campaign research
- Competitor analysis
- Ad copy generation
- Keyword expansion
- Audience insights
- Reporting automation
- Performance analysis
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, documentation, workflow management, and campaign optimization processes.
Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Conversion APIs, and CRM integrations.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify tracking issues, wasted spend, and scaling opportunities.
Performance Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Improve campaign efficiency through data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with SEO, Content, Design, Sales, and Development teams to improve overall conversion performance.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and guide best practices in PPC and AI-enabled marketing workflows.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives and reporting commitments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in PPC, Paid Media, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
- Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), conversion tracking, remarketing, pixel implementation, and CRM integrations.
- Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, B2B, B2C, SaaS, EdTech, E-commerce, and service-based marketing models.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms in daily marketing workflows.
- Strong analytical, reporting, campaign auditing, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, funnel strategy, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, IT Services, E-commerce, B2B Lead Generation, or Agency environments.
- Experience managing international campaigns.
- Prior team leadership or mentoring experience.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and AI-assisted workflows.
