Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Head (Guest Relations) to drive admissions, occupancy growth, and brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in sales strategy, and hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive admissions and occupancy growth through strategic sales initiatives
- Generate, nurture, and convert qualified leads
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Strengthen brand positioning and oversee marketing initiatives
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and channel partners
Requirements:
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing
- Experience managing a sales and marketing team
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
