About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven e-commerce operations manager to manage end-to-end ecommerce operations, including marketplace management, order processing, inventory control, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing ecommerce platforms, coordinating with warehouse teams, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, SKU creation, and content updates.
- Monitor order processing, dispatch, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Manage inventory planning and maintain proper stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for smooth picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Manage and supervise warehouse team to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.
- Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor productivity.
- Ensure proper inventory inward, outward, stock movement, and reconciliation.
- Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and reduce dispatch errors.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor warehouse processes and implement improvements.
- Maintain proper SOPs for warehouse operations.
- Analyze sales reports, SKU performance, and operational data.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports.
- Monitor marketplace health metrics and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for promotions, deals, and growth activities.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Experience in managing Seller Central / marketplace dashboards.
- Experience in warehouse management and team handling.
- Good understanding of inventory, logistics, order fulfillment, and returns.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple operations simultaneously.
Preferred Experience
- Experience managing high-volume ecommerce operations.
- Experience handling Amazon FBA/FBM operations.
- Experience in warehouse team management and process optimization.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS/WMS) will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
