Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment tracker.
Post job openings on various hiring platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining formalities.
Support the HR team in onboarding documentation and processes.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
