Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad
Industry: Machine Manufacturing
Salary: ₹3.72 – ₹4.80 LPA
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical
Experience: 2–3 Years
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and shop floor operations
Achieve production targets as per schedule
Manage manpower, productivity, quality, and safety
Monitor fabrication, welding, sheet metal, and manufacturing activities
Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Stores departments
Maintain production reports and minimize material wastage
Implement and sustain 5S and safety practices
Ensure optimum machine utilization and operational efficiency
Required Skills:
Production Planning & Shop Floor Management
Fabrication, Welding & Sheet Metal Manufacturing Knowledge
Manpower Handling & Team Coordination
Quality, Safety & Productivity Management
Production Reporting & Wastage Control
Knowledge of 5S Implementation
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in machine manufacturing or fabrication industry
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
