Job Descriptions:
- Develop and maintain full stack applications with a Claude-powered backend for AI-driven logic and automation.
- Build and optimize user interfaces using Cursor-based front-end development tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Microsoft technology stack
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and data processing workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain APIs and backend services
- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance through best development practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes
- Utilize AI-enabled development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Microsoft technology stack development
- Proficiency in C# / .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
- Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage)
- Familiarity with Claude Code or other AI coding assistants
- Experience with Git-based version control workflows
- Experience using AI-enabled development tools such as GitHub (preferred)
- Familiarity with data modeling and transformation logic
- Experience working with APIs and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in AL (Application Language) for Microsoft Dynamics
- Ability to work on complex refactoring and automation tasks
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Experience working with data pipelines and data transformations
- Knowledge of SQL Server and strong SQL querying skills
- Experience with Azure Data Factory / Azure Synapse / ETL pipelines
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, CI/CD, and testing
