Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics / MIS / Data Analytics
- Strong expertise in:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query)
- SQL / Data querying
- Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Good understanding of HR metrics (attrition, retention, headcount, cost per hire, etc.)
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Analytics (preferred)
