We are looking for a dynamic individual for a strategic and results-driven Guest Relation Executive / Manager to oversee the operations at Goa . In this role, you will be responsible for driving & ensuring exceptional customer experiences while fostering a culture of fun at work at all times .In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our club .
Shift Timings 4pm to 1am

- Ensure compliance & maintain a clean and safe environment for team members and staff.

- Strong understanding of day-to-day operational management.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance brand presence.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Manage Clubs good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future Club operations.
- Ensure clients are properly greeted upon their arrival.
- Monitor daily table bookings and ensure assigned tables are prepared.
- Manage guest relations team (including Receptionists and Concierges) to ensure we comply with all standards and operating procedures
- Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation
Pay: ₹15,355.52 - ₹44,571.15 per month
