Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot software/hardware issues, perform data restorations, and bridge the gap between end-users and higher-level support.
- System Maintenance: Monitor network performance, manage data backups, maintain licenses, and schedule system upgrades.
- Setup & Configuration: Install and configure computers, printers, network cards, and portable devices.
- Protocol & Compliance: Establish and enforce standard IT policies and security protocols across departments.
- Vendor Management: Assist in IT procurement, manage IT inventory, and work with vendors to source hardware/software.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in system administration, IT support, or technical project management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in network management, cloud-based services, OS troubleshooting, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
