We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support senior leadership in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business information.
- Follow up with departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
- Assist in project coordination and execution of business initiatives.
- Handle administrative duties including filing, documentation, and scheduling.
- Screen calls, emails, and inquiries, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Support leadership with day-to-day operational and personal business requirements as needed.
Requirements
- Freshers from any degree background are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, or any regional language.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling, as this role involves regular travel.
Internship & Compensation
- Selected candidates will undergo a 3-month internship/training period.
- During the internship period, the salary will be ₹25,000 per month, which includes PG accommodation.
- Upon successful completion of the training period, the salary will increase to ₹40,000 per month.
