Role Summary
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Telecaller to join our team. Your primary role will be to call the leads provided by the company, explain our real estate projects, and invite potential clients for property site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily phone calls to the prospective leads and database provided by the company.
- Project Demonstration: Clearly explain residential or commercial property details, features, and benefits to the clients.
- Site Visit Generation: Convince potential buyers and invite/schedule them for on-site property visits.
- Regular Follow-ups: Stay in touch with interested clients to handle queries and guide them toward a site visit.
- Data Management: Keep an accurate and updated daily record of call statuses, client feedback, and scheduled visits.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome; prior experience in real estate calling is a big plus).
- Skills:
- Fluent and confident communication skills (Primary: Hindi, Basic: English).
- Strong persuasion, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on maximizing site visits.
