Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) – Immediate Hiring
Location: Baigs Global Hospital, Thrissur, Kerala
Baigs Global Hospital is looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Patient Relationship Officer (PRO) to join our growing healthcare team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and their attendants.
- Coordinate appointments and patient flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients.
- Handle patient queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical departments for seamless patient care.
- Support patient admissions, discharge processes, and follow-ups.
- Promote hospital services and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience as a PRO, Front Office Executive, Customer Relations Executive, or in a similar healthcare/customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi/Tamil is an added advantage).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
