Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer – AI Engagement (Remote, India)
About the Role
We are hiring Microsoft Copilot Studio Developers for a high-impact AI engagement with a global insurance client.
You will design, build, and deploy intelligent copilots and agents that automate real enterprise workflows — spanning M365, Teams, and Power Platform.
This is a remote role open to candidates across India, available on a full-time basis.
What You'll Do
Build and configure custom copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
Integrate copilots with M365 ecosystem — Teams, SharePoint, Outlook — for enterprise deployment
Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Power Apps) alongside Copilot Studio workflows
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into working agents
Participate in testing, iteration, and production deployment of copilot solutions
What We're Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents)
Proven delivery of copilots or bots in production enterprise environments
Strong working knowledge of Power Platform — Power Automate flows, connectors, and Power Apps
Solid M365 integration experience — Teams channel deployment, SharePoint, Graph API
Experience in BFSI or insurance domain is preferred, not mandatory
Strong communication skills — client-facing engagement, able to work independently in a remote model

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
