About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to drive business growth and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing RPO deals across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring RPO and staffing solutions.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand hiring needs.
- Prepare proposals, service agreements, and pricing models for prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful delivery of RPO projects.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), staffing, and talent acquisition services.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and sales automation tools.
- Ability to build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience selling RPO, Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition solutions.
- Experience working with US, markets is preferred.

- New client acquisitions.
- Revenue generated from RPO services.
- Number of qualified meetings and proposals submitted.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
